1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using LinkPre ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Google Sign-In Terms

Authentication Services

LinkPre offers Google Sign-In as an authentication method. By choosing to sign in with Google, you authorize LinkPre to access certain information from your Google account as described in our Privacy Policy.

Google Account Linking

When you sign in with Google:

  • Your LinkPre account will be linked to your Google account email address
  • You may use your Google credentials to access LinkPre without a separate password
  • Your Google email address will serve as your primary account identifier
  • Changes to your Google account (such as email changes) may affect your ability to access LinkPre

Data Access & Permissions

We only request the minimum necessary permissions:

  • Email: To identify your account and send important notifications
  • Profile: To personalize your LinkPre experience with your name and photo
  • OpenID: For secure authentication

We do not request access to your Google Drive, Gmail content, contacts, calendar, or any other Google services beyond basic authentication.

Revoking Access

You may revoke LinkPre's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account Settings. Revoking access will not automatically delete your LinkPre account or data, but you will need to use an alternative sign-in method.

Third-Party Terms

Your use of Google Sign-In is also subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. LinkPre is not responsible for Google's services or policies.

Limited Use Disclosure

LinkPre's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use LinkPre for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
  • Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on LinkPre
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

5. Referral Program

LinkPre offers a referral program where users can earn 30% lifetime commission from referrals. By participating in the referral program, you agree to:

  • Not engage in fraudulent referral activities
  • Not use spam or misleading marketing practices
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Allow LinkPre to audit and verify referral activities

LinkPre reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate referral program terms.

6. Content Guidelines

Users are responsible for the content they post on LinkPre. You agree not to post content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or invasive of privacy
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains viruses or malicious code
  • Promotes illegal activities or violence
  • Is sexually explicit or pornographic

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of LinkPre and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LinkPre, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
